Lasell’s Master of Science in Management provides a solid and competitive foundation in management and business operations, with courses examining sources of ethical conflict in management practice, the staffing functions of management such as recruiting, training and organizational development, translation of strategy planning to implementation, and more. The management program emphasizes leadership skills and strategy formulation and implementation critical for success in today’s global business environment.
