Never Locked Into One Format or Status

Each semester/session, you have the freedom of choosing the format of your courses based on the offerings published on the Graduate and Professional Studies Course Schedule. You may also choose on a semester basis to be full- or part-time. Students who finance their graduate education with student loan money must enroll in at least 6 credits per semester.

Types of Course Formats:

100% Online: Lasell's online courses are accelerated and eight weeks in length. Students who adapt well to a fast-paced and more independent learning environment may find this format the most appealing. Online study is asynchronous, giving students the freedom to choose when to complete assignments. It doesn't matter whether you're in our neighborhood or anywhere else in the world.

On Campus: Courses blend face to face meetings with web facilitated resources and assignments. On Campus courses are offered in 16- and 8-week sessions. Students have the freedom to study with fewer trips to campus but the opportunity to engage in a traditional classroom environment.
