College Launches New Communication Graduate Seminar Series

This semester the Lasell College Communication Department has launched a new seminar series for communication graduate students touching upon a variety of subjects including international communication, government relations and media trends.

The Graduate Communication Series will be held in the Stoller Room of Brennan Library.

Upcoming seminars  and speakers include:

February 12 at 5:30 pm - Lasell College President Michael Alexander, "Organizational Communications"

February 26 at 6 pm - Otto Lerbinger, Professor Emeritus at Boston University, "An Approach to International Public Relations"

April 2 at 6 pm - Professor Steve Quigley, Boston University, "A New Day for Public Relations: The Return of Engagement, Authenticity, and Voice"

April 16 at 6 pm - Edward Downs, Associate Professor of Public Relations, Boston University, "Messages from 'The Hill': 'Hacks, Flacks, and Spin Doctors' Meet the 'Good Citizens of the United States'"

April 30 at 6 pm - Professor Erin Vicente, Lasell College - "The Lost Art of Rhetoric: Audience, Appeals, and Persuasion"

Lasell Introduces Cross-Registration Program with Regis College, Expanding on Courses Offered  Monday, March 30, 2015Lasell College will begin a cross-registration program with Regis College this Fall, enabling undergraduate students to enroll in additional courses there at no additional cost. Lasell students will be able to add selected Regis courses to their Lasell schedule starting with pre-registration this April.
