March 26, 2012

A Class of 2016 student and relative visit campus for Lasell Day 2012.Lasell Day 2012 brought a record-breaking number of students and families to campus on Saturday, March 24. The Lasell community - including current students and athletes, alumni, faculty, and staff - rallied together to welcome Class of 2016 accepted students to the college for the day.

The annual event kicked off with a surprise flash mob in the Athletic Center including student volunteers, Lasell’s mascot Boomer the Torchbearer, and President Michael Alexander. Following brief remarks by the President and Vice President for Enrollment Management, Kathleen O'Connor, visitors spread across the campus to a day filled with academic presentations, interactive sessions, and tours of the campus including the College's various residence halls. Energy was high throughout the day and for many of our guests, the visit confirmed their intention to enroll at Lasell and join Lasernation.
