We pore over projected growth in specific occupations, provided by the Massachusetts Department of Economic Research and the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Then we perform a comprehensive market analysis.

We continually monitor the effectiveness of our workforce development programs by measuring and analyzing:

  • Board certification/exam scores, when relevant
  • Job placement

We use this data to make necessary adjustments to drive better outcomes.
