We pore over projected growth in specific occupations, provided by the Massachusetts Department of Economic Research and the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Then we perform a comprehensive market analysis.

Program design, from concept to completion

Though the process can vary if external accreditation is needed, expect the following steps for program development.

Part of developing your program includes collaborating on how we can keep costs low for both employers and learners. Count on us to identify any potential funding sources, including employee benefits, philanthropic organizations, and state and federal grants. Together, we’ll ensure learners can complete their education with minimal debt or out-of-pocket costs — and have jobs ready for them when they finish.

Learner support that drives success

Not all workforce development programs are the same. At Lasell, we go beyond instruction, providing wrap-around support that helps ensure learners master new material and advance. This includes access to these services:

• Academic Achievement Center. Leaners get free assistance from professional tutors and learning specialists, and peer tutors. Flexible services include group, individual, and workshop sessions, online and in person. Learn more.
