Many health science students, including Mahima Patel '23, took online lab courses at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Thanks to cutting-edge software and innovative faculty thinking, students were able to immerse themselves in lab activities without stepping foot in a classroom. Here, Professor of Biology Stephen Sarikas demonstrates how students in his Anatomy & Physiology courses were able to learn about different systems in the human body without a physical model in front of them.
