Our clinical and social work interns are graduate students in mental health counseling or social work, completing their clinical training in the Counseling Center. They conduct individual and group counseling, and facilitate various academic and mental health programs across campus.
Lucky Coster

Lucky is in the final year of their master's program in Mental Health Counseling at Boston College. Lucky takes a holistic approach to counseling, exploring existential, person-centered, cultural-relational, and feminist clinical theories. Lucky emphasizes the importance of understanding, connection, and exploration. They view the therapeutic relationship as a tool for supporting clients in their own journeys towards finding healing and growth. Lucky has a special interest in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, people navigating sex and relationships, those in recovery from substance use, and clients exploring identity development and neurodivergence.
In their free time, they enjoy weight-lifting, cooking, reading, and nature.
Jimmy Densman

Jimmy is in the final year of his master’s program in Mental Health Counseling at UMass Boston. He is interested in supporting clients from all walks of life with concerns like anxiety, depression, and stress. He takes a person-centered and emotions-focused approach to counseling, with a particular interest in motivation, interpersonal conflict, and internet use concerns. He is looking forward to accompanying students through this exciting and challenging stage of life.
In his free time, Jimmy enjoys rock climbing, skiing, spending time outdoors, and completing the daily NYT games.
Anna DiGravio

Anna is in her final year of the Mental Health Counseling master's program at Boston College. Her clinical interests include humanistic-existential, relational-cultural, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapies, as well as sport psychology. She is especially interested in supporting college students through identity development and the emerging adult transition. Anna values a holistic, integrative approach that centers human connection and fosters client growth and healing.
Outside of counseling, she enjoys yoga, fashion, sports, and reading.
Greg Kinlan

Greg is in his final year of training at Lesley University’s graduate Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. He helps clients tap into their creativity as a way to build resilience and improve overall wellbeing. He is dedicated to supporting clients in telling and understanding their own stories, believing that this process is key to finding direction, meaning, and personal growth. Greg’s approach draws from psychoanalytic, dialectical behavioral, and humanistic traditions, as well as contemplative practices like mindfulness.
In his free time, Greg enjoys playing basketball, hiking Mount Monadnock, going to electronic music concerts, training for Hyrox races, and rollerblading along the Charles River.
Mason Plowe

Mason believes that clients are the experts of their own lives. He is motivated to support clients in connecting with their inner self from a place of safety. Mason enjoys creating a collaborative and grounding environment for clients who are exploring their identities and managing stress. Mason draws from person-centered, somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (MCBT) to work with clients from a holistic perspective. Mason is in his final year at Boston College’s graduate Mental Health Counseling program.
Mason can be found hiking in the Blue Hills Reservation or sitting under a tree with a good book. He loves to meditate, dance, and swap poems with friends.
Susan Rivers, PhD

Susan is excited to be at Lasell’s Counseling Center while she completes her master’s in Mental Health Counseling. She has been working with adolescents for many years as a research psychologist and experience designer. She returned to school to pursue clinical training, and is interested in continuing to work with adolescents and young adults. Susan uses a human-centered, strengths-based approach in her practice. She is curious and playful, and loves designing and playing games.
She enjoys reading, writing, hiking, and gardening, and is the proud mom of three teens, a dog, and too many cats.
