Undergraduate International Student Orientation

International Undergraduate Orientation will take place on Tuesday, August 28th, 2026 from 10:00 am-2:00pm in Hamel House, located at 221 Woodland Road, Auburndale, MA, 02466.

All F-1 visa holders are required to attend the International Student Orientation. The program will include the F-1 student immigration check in. In addition to verifying immigration documentation, students will learn about maintaining their F-1 student visa status and what resources are available for international students. We ask that you bring your current I-20 Form, passport, F-1 Student Visa, and current U.S. mailing address and phone number. 

If you will be moving into the residence halls, you may move in on Thursday, January 20th.  We will send you more information about International Orientation by email.

Graduate International Student Orientation 

International Graduate Orientation will take place on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026 from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. in Hamel House, located at 221 Woodland Road, Auburndale, MA, 02466.. 

All F-1 visa holders are required to attend this Orientation. This program will go over your immigration responsibilities while on a F-1 student visa. We ask that you bring your current I-20 Form, Passport, F-1 Student Visa, Immunization Record and current U.S. mailing address and phone number. Following the immigration session, you will have the opportunity to address any questions regarding your forthcoming semester, which will encompass information about schedules, student IDs, parking, campus tours, and additional topics.
