1942 | Class Secretary: Gertrude Ruch Kauffman
Betty Polhemus Davies lives at Edgehill, a retirement home in Connecticut, and is still riding her bike and keeping active. Her sons live nearby.
Gertrude Ruch Kauffman enjoys the book club she joined at her yacht club. Her four children threw a big 99th birthday party for her on March 1. She is pictured left with her children at the party.

Dorothy Piranian remains friends with Jeanne Meyer Bird. The classmates get together several times a year. Dorothy reports that she had her driver's license renewed last year at the age of 90.

1953 | Class Secretary: Shirley Gibbons San Soucie
Dot Day Bardarson (left) received the Governor's Lifetime Achievement Award from the Alaska State Council on the Arts. An abstract watercolor artist, she was recognized for her contributions to the state and her city of Seward. Dot gives credit to her art professor at Lasell, Jackie Saunders.
1955 | Class Secretary: Bobbie Jennings
Darrylle Donahue Curran has moved from Cape Cod to Norwell, Massachusetts, to be closer to her children. She still misses the Cape but loves her new condo.
Lois Kuhn Hopson, glad to escape the harsh winters up north, enjoys living in Sarasota, Florida. She hears occasionally from Joan Beeley Hopkins and Janet Holmes Murphy. She'd like to connect with classmates who live in Florida.
Bobbie Jennings has for several years been composing handwritten letters that she sends to older people living alone around the United States. "Now," she writes, "all of a sudden most are gone and I'm the older senior, getting letters from the children of those seniors." Bobbie continues to correspond with Trudy Ruch Kauffman '42 in her 100th year and Pam Johns Barry '49, who just turned 90.
Judie Lanese Karazulas writes that her medical background is coming in handy. She assists a disabled friend in his company's lab. Tennis and golf are in the past for her, but she's active in two bridge leagues.
Sally Warner O'Such and her husband celebrated their 65th anniversary last summer at their second home in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. She is proud of our Lasell becoming a university and often thinks about her Lasell friends. Her family has grown to include nine great-grandchildren.
Lucille Marden Randall has 13 great-grandchildren, one of whom will be married soon. She volunteers with a Hurricane Irma recovery program and also reaches out to seniors with phone calls and cards.
Audrey Silver Rogers brought back some 66-year-old memories with a photo (left) of her room in Bragdon's "Heaven" (second-floor wing), which featured an impromptu sing-along. Pictured here with her panda bear, she writes: "Our room had a much-used fire escape outside our window."
From her home in the Florida Keys, Mary Lee Klipper Singer writes that she keeps busy volunteering with Voices for Florida Keys Children and the Florida Keys Council of the Arts. She swims more than a mile every day, or walks two and a half miles with her dog, Lexie.

Barbara Jacoby Adelstein stays busy swimming laps, shopping, and going out with friends. She has four grandchildren, the oldest of whom will be in college next year.
1961 | Class Secretary: Elaine Butler Ryan
Rona Ruderman Goldstein has had a difficult last few years. Her son Howard died of cancer at the age of 50 four years ago and she lost her husband of 57 years, Dick, to cancer in November 2018. They were married two weeks after Rona graduated from Lasell. She spends time in California and at their family home in Port Jervis, New York. She keeps in touch with Betsy Schwingel Sullivan and her husband, and has great memories of her Lasell days. "I'm so proud of what Lasell has become," she writes.
Marie Pelargonia Hall is sad to report that Nancy Pickett Harrison died on December 4, 2019. Marie and Nancy kept in touch over the years and she was a loyal and loving friend.
Judy Broggi Nicolosi and her husband, Ted, are enjoying retirement in southwest Florida. Their grandchildren attend Yale, University of Arizona, and Wake Forest University. "Lucky them," she writes. "It seems like just yesterday I was a student at Lasell." Judy met up with Sally Nutter Carpenter '62 over the winter.
Nan Sparks reports that she loves retirement and has a great boyfriend, a fellow who worked for the federal government in Washington, D.C. They enjoy attending operas and ballets together. Her granddaughter Christina graduated from Harvard and works in New York. Granddaughter Gabrielle will graduate from Clemson in December and will pursue graduate work at Cal Tech.
Patricia McKinnon Williams and her husband, Rodney, split their time between Wakefield, Rhode Island, and Fort Myers, Florida. In between, they visit their son Todd, the district attorney in Asheville, North Carolina, and their two grandchildren, Maisie (7) and Cyrus (3). Their daughter Katie is a urogynecologist in Houston. Over the holidays, they traveled to Europe and celebrated Christmas in Munich, visited Berlin for four days, and spent New Year's Eve in Prague.
1962 | Class Secretary: Joan Curtin
Sally Nutter Carpenter, Pat McNulty Magnotta, and Marilyn Richo Coffey held a mini-reunion in January in Venice, Florida, not far from Englewood, where Sally spends her winters. In September 2019, they met up in Irvington, New York, where Pat lives. Marla Lupoli Lewis typically joins the get-togethers. She and Marilyn live in Connecticut.
Harriet Zabusky-Zand has launched a new website to exhibit seven collections of more than 100 original paintings. The work can be found at harrietzzart.com.
1967 | Class Secretary: Katherine McDonough Ryan
Pat Greene Muggleston was named the Valley Courier's Person of the Week for her extensive community involvement in her hometown of Ivoryton, Connecticut. She is past president and member of the board of trustees of the Ivoryton Library, which is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year. She also ushers at the Ivoryton Playhouse, serves as a docent at the Essex Historical Society's Pratt House Museum, and delivers Meals on Wheels for the Estuary Council of Seniors. A retired teacher, Pat and her husband, Bob, have two children and five grandchildren.
1968 | Class Secretary: Cynthia Rardin Crawford
Dorie Reese Freeman and her husband, Tom, are moving from New England to Pennsylvania to be closer to their children and grandchildren.
Jackie Hoffmeier Lee enjoyed a busy 2019, which included her son Ben's wedding in June in New York City, a visit to the National Comedy Center in Jamestown, New York, and a trip to Germany for a family wedding with a side trip to Belgium. Of Belgium, she writes, "You have to love a country with cuisine centered on beer, chocolate, and Belgian fries (hold the mayo, please)." She also traveled to Morocco to visit her daughter.

1971 | Class Secretary: Carol Goulian Stewart
Mary Hobler Hyson (left) and her husband, Eric, will celebrate their 50th anniversary next year. They were married the day before Mary graduated from Lasell and have lived in Connecticut since 1975. Mary volunteered for many years at a local elementary school and was a competitive squash player, earning a ranking at the age of 35. She has exhibited her photography at a number of one-woman shows and now paints watercolor studies. She has three children who live in New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Kansas, and five grandchildren. "I wish that they lived closer," she writes, "but we get together a few times a year, including holidays at our home."

Lucie Dickensen published "Overreacting: A Memoir of Anxious Proportions," a story of her own battle with anxiety that led to her revelation that anxiety was not a dragon to slay, but a blessing to behold. She is a certified emotional freedom techniques coach and creator of the 3-Steps to Freedom Method. She is also a functional nutrition coach and certified in mental health first aid.

Betsy Chominski; her husband, Nick; and their 4-year-old daughter, Beatrix, enjoyed a train ride with Santa (left) organized by the Monticello Railway Museum. Elizabeth is director of career services at the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
E. Ashley Seybold works at Ageor, where she manages cross-functional projects in a new department for internal communications and change initiatives that she established.
Jenn Stanley Lauriat is the preschool coordinator for public schools in Johnston, Rhode Island, where she has worked for four years. Daughter Braley (pictured right with Britney Falite) turned 4 in December.

Holeigh Cribben has lived in South Carolina for more than a year. Her daughter, Grace (left), is 20 months old and her son, William, is 3 months old. She has been a stay-at-home mom since Grace was born.
Jenny Leigh Du Puis is pursuing her doctorate in apparel design at Cornell University, where she focuses on safety and function in the design of attire for the extreme physical performance of circus arts. She recently completed a research trip to the home of the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus costume storage, and is working to create apparel-related resources for the circus and design communities.
Colby Gorniewicz was promoted to director of communications for The IRONMAN Group.
Danielle Grethel Phillips has been spending time with many of her Lasell friends over the last few months in places from Boston to Italy! Aida Mejia-Fergen and her husband, Eric, welcomed their first child, a son, on December 9, 2019. Santiago Mejia Fergen weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was born 10 days after his due date. Aida is enjoying motherhood and wearing her new "mom jeans."
Jenn Peters started a new position as a paralegal at the law firm of Adler Pollock & Sheehan in Providence, Rhode Island, focusing on healthcare litigation. She lives in Warren, Rhode Island, with her husband, Dan, and their daughter, Vivian (left), who is almost 3.
2007 | Class Secretary: Elizabeth Huston
Vanessa Wojtusiak was named iHeartMedia's vice president of marketing for Hartford and New Haven in Connecticut. She rejoins the media giant after a stint as director of audience development and digital executive producer at Nexstar Media Group's ABC television affiliate, WTNH-TV, in New Haven. She previously worked at iHeartMedia corporate as national director of social marketing.

Krystal Oritz became engaged to Josh DePaolo on September 1, 2019. They will be married on September 5, 2020.
2009
Nara Paz was referred to as "the Oscar de la Renta of Boston" in a profile on the Exhale Lifestyle website for her use of unusual textiles, luxurious fabrics, and distinctively different details. Nara and her husband, Dennis Gain, opened Nara Paz Design Internationale shortly after graduation. High-profile women and celebrities have worn her designs to the Oscars, Grammys, and Emmys.
Ben Segal G'10 is the associate director of infrastructural efficiency at Freshly.com in New York City, where he oversees the global consumer experience operation. He and his wife, Gina, live in Tarrytown, New York, and are expecting their first child in August.
Chris Weatherhead married Kara Sundell (right) on July 10, 2019, on Song Saa, a private island off Cambodia.
Rachel Craft Howard, a teacher in a big Florida college town, recently hung a Lasell University pennant in her classroom for all of her students to see. She writes, "I display my Lasell pennant proudly because I want my young students to be aware of the many options out there for education. The person I am today was shaped by the many different experiences I had at Lasell. I would not be working in Florida if I had not gone on a Shoulder to Shoulder trip to Mexico with Professor Stephanie Athey. I learned about immigration, education, and migration. After graduating from Lasell, I accepted a position with AmeriCorps working in rural Florida with children of immigrant families. I would not be the teacher I am today if I had not been taught how to reflect on different systematic beliefs in our society by Professors Denny Frey and Sidney Trantham. I discovered that I could enjoy math if Professor Neil Hatem were teaching it. There were many other people from whom I learned life lessons at Lasell, and I am proud to say that I am a Lasell alumna."

2011 | Class Secretary: Kimberly Hooper Gladman
Ashley Laramie stepped down as assistant general manager of the North Shore Navigators amateur baseball team. The former four-year starter on the Lasell softball team began working for her hometown team in Lynn, Massachusetts, as an intern while a student in 2010. As part of the internship, she led a project in which younger students in the class conducted research on the Navigator players, which was published weekly in Lynn's The Daily Item. Ashley helped the Navigators earn Organization of the Year honors from the Futures Collegiate Baseball League in 2015 and 2018. As assistant GM, she oversaw game-day operations at Fraser Field, including group outings and concessions, as well as the player/host family program.
2012 | Class Secretary: Kasey Looney Silva
Miguel Antunes lives in Boston's Allston neighborhood and works as a research and operations coordinator at Harvard Medical School. He completed Harvard's REACH (Research Excellence in Administration Certificate at Harvard) program. He recently visited both Paris and Amsterdam for the first time.
Matthew Bruninghaus G'17; his wife, Rose; and their two boys, Logan and Roman, opened a new sports performance training facility on January 1 in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Matt "Squeaks" Catalano received his wings of gold as a naval aviator in the U.S. Marine Corps on November 22, 2019. He finished two years of flight school in Pensacola, Florida, and is currently stationed at Camp Pendleton in California, where he is learning to fly the AH-1Z Cobra helicopter.
Chelsea Cleary is celebrating five years as a finance coordinator at Brigham and Women's Hospital. She is currently building a condo in Easton, Massachusetts.
Kelsey Correia G'18 packed up her car and drove across the country to live in sunny San Diego in October 2018. She has found a career at Public Consulting Group (a Boston-based company, ironically) in human resources. Kelsey enjoys the beautiful San Diego weather and everything it has to offer: hiking, rollerblading, and plenty of vitamin D. She and her sister are planning a trip to Ireland later this year.
Meghan Crozier lives in Saratoga Springs, New York, with her fiancé and their golden lab, Brodie. She keeps busy with wedding prep, her marketing career in the food industry, and weekend escapes north to the Adirondacks. She encourages fellow alumni to look her up when in town for the horse races or a concert at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
Brittany Danehy and her husband, Ken, live in southern New Hampshire with their daughter, Hope, who was born in December 2019. Brittany is a recruiting partner at Heller Search Associates, an IT executive recruiting firm specializing in chief information officers, chief technology officers, and chief information security officers.
Ashley Doak G'20 will receive her Master of Education degree in moderate disabilities from Lasell in May. She works as a community engagement coordinator at a public elementary school in Boston, where she enjoys helping students, teachers, and families learn and grow in the classroom and in the community. Ashley has become a certified yoga instructor. You can find her on the schedule at CorePower yoga and other Boston studios.
Lexi Giatrelis and Johnny Hyppolite '10 were married (right) on September 14, 2019, in Dennis Port on Cape Cod. Lexi was promoted to resource manager at Publicis Sapient, where she has worked for seven years. Johnny graduated from the Boston Police Academy in June and is stationed in Dorchester/Roxbury. They reside in Dorchester with their cat, Bella.
Alyssa Scruton Gallagher lives in western Massachusetts with her husband, Nick, and their daughter, Kennedi (left). Alyssa is a planning manager in TJX's merchandise development program.
Brandon Gilson lives in Boston and is the president of TBSVIP Concierge. He and his company hosted a private group outing for nearly 30 people at Super Bowl LIV in February in Miami.
Shantell Jeter G'15, a physical education teacher at Boston Green Academy, received a Light of Dawnn Award for the far-reaching and positive impact she has had in her community. The award honors the legacy of youth leader Dawnn Ashley Jaffier, a longtime friend of Shantell's who demonstrated an unwavering commitment to building stronger communities. The award was presented in February by the Highland Street Foundation, the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network, the West End House Boys & Girls Club, and the Kraft family. Jon Klippert was promoted to regional sales manager at the Winslow Technology Group (WTG). After working in the IT department at Lasell, he joined WTG and has been there ever since. He plans to run the rescheduled 2020 Boston Marathon in September for the DJ Simmonds '08 Memorial Scholarship Fund at Lasell.
Victoria Sokoly Leger and her wife welcomed their first child, Oliver Wells Leger, on February 4.
Timesha Livingston works as a graphic designer at VDA in Somerville, Massachusetts. She enjoys photography and has successfully completed a few home improvement projects. She is planning to pursue a master's degree in digital media.
Matthew Mahoney works as the receiving manager at Oxford Trading Company in Taunton, Massachusetts. His daughter turned 1 on January 7. He just bought a house in Taunton with his fiance, Elizabeth. They will be married on October 3.
Meghan Jean Mello and her husband, Tyler Mello '14 (left), live in Shelburne, Vermont, with their dog, Rosie. Meghan's vintage clothing shop, Billie Jean Vintage, is celebrating its fourth anniversary this year. Tyler is a special education teacher.
Sarah Murphy has served for three years on the board of directors for the Foundation for TJO Animals, an animal shelter in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Jill Ostiguy is a women's and kids footwear buyer at New Balance, where she has worked for two years. She ran the 2019 New York City Marathon (her first marathon) with training partner Ainsley Wolfe. Jill hopes to run the rescheduled Providence Marathon later this year.
Tiff Potter received a promotion at iHeartMedia and is an on-air talent and executive producer for "Brooke & Jubal in the Morning" on Kiss 107.1 in Cincinnati. She enjoys exploring her new city. She and several Lasell friends traveled to Germany last year for Oktoberfest (pictured left to right): Tiff, Melissa Moylan, Ainsley Wolfe, Ashley Doak G'20, Owen Kauppila, Kasey Looney Silva, Hannah Cebry, and Kelsey Correia G'18.
Kasey Looney married Michael Silva on August 11, 2018, in Bourne, Massachusetts. They live in Boston's North End with their goldendoodle, Henry. Kasey recently started a new career with Hometap in investment operations. Sean Suslowicz proposed to his fiancée, Alexis, at Gillette Stadium during a Patriots game in December. His son, Sean Jr., is 6 and his daughter, Isabella, is 4. Sean was promoted to operations team lead at Regus.
Courtney Taylor lives in Berwick, Maine, with her husband and three children, Nate (7), Addy (3), and Juliana (1). She is director of marketing and business development at CrossCountry Mortgage and owns her own marketing consulting firm, Encore Marketing. The goal of her business is to help small- to medium-sized businesses develop a high level of autonomy in the digital marketing realm.
Nicole Tremaglio recently made the transition from the corporate fashion industry to fitness entrepreneurship after working in retail operations for Michael Kors, Giorgio Armani, and Alice + Olivia. She is also a speaker on work-life integration, non-linear trajectories, and mental health. Lasell's first Zumba teacher is still dancing; she's currently a full-time student in the Broadway Dance Center training program. Nicole lives in New York City.
Brett Walberg is an adjunct professor of music at Lasell and is an active member of the Boston music community. He recently released two new recordings and is working on a large mixed-medium project that brings together his career in gastronomy and music into a conversation of growth and exploration. Brett and his partner, Becky, live in Newton with their lovely pit bull, Beauty.
2013 | Class Secretary: Carrie Kenniston Goodwin
SSamantha Boisclair is a senior human resources coordinator at North Hill Retirement Community in Needham. Her daughter is 3 ½ months old.
Carrie Kenniston Goodwin and her husband live in western Massachusetts. Carrie is a prosecutor in the Hampden County District Attorney's Special Victims Unit.
Brianna Strunk Hicks and her husband, Weston, have put down roots and bought a home in Fuquay-Varina, a suburb of Raleigh, North Carolina.
Bobby Stachura (left), a former Lasell baseball player, is serving as head athletic trainer for the Greenville (S.C.) Drive for the second season. The Drive is the Red Sox minor league affiliate in the Class A South Atlantic League. He was an intern in the Red Sox system in 2017 and spent four years as an athletic trainer at the University of Rhode Island. After graduating from Lasell, he earned his master's degree in kinesiology from URI in 2015.
2014 | Class Secretary: Flannagh Fitzsimmons
Justin Miller was named programming lead for three radio stations in upstate New York - WWHT and WHEN in Syracuse and WKGS in Rochester. In his new role, he assists the senior vice president of programming with the day-to-day operations of the three stations, while still serving as executive producer for WWHT and WBBS in Syracuse.
2015 | Class Secretary: Shannon Pasco
Three members of the Class of 2015 ran the 2019 Chicago Marathon in October. Samantha Mackie G'19 (left) finished in a time of 4 hours, 13 minutes and 49 seconds; Ryan MacLeod (center) clocked in at 4:24:38; and Roberto Sancho G'20 completed the 26.2 miles in 4:59:15. Samantha ran for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's Team Challenge and Roberto for the Joslin Diabetes Center, while Ryan gained entrance through the race's lottery system. By completing Chicago, Samantha is halfway to joining an elite group of runners who have finished the six "major" marathons. She finished the Boston and New York City marathons in 2018 and is running in Berlin later this year. The other two are in Tokyo and London.

Francesca Ceppetelli (left) is a middle school teacher in Massachusetts.
Melissa Cooley (right) is a marketing assistant for Discover the World and is pursuing her master's degree in business and marketing. She and Kevin Post '15 moved to Colorado at the end of 2019. "We love it here and enjoy spending our free time snowboarding in the mountains," she writes.
Jordan Dalpe recently left Foxwoods and became the director of catering and events for The Barn Food & Spirits in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
Chloe Fimlaid moved to North Carolina to accept a position as an assistant designer of licensed sports apparel at Hanesbrands.
Garbriella Giangregorio G'19 and Skylar Beckerman G'17 became engaged on October 6, 2019, in Burlington, Vermont, during Garbriella's 25th birthday weekend. They plan to have a destination wedding in New Orleans in spring 2021.
Gillian Hery and her fiancé, Ryan Sullivan, were expecting a baby girl in April.
Rachel Matos G'20 is the outreach and prevention manager at Voices Against Violence in Framingham, where she works to mobilize communities to prevent sexual and domestic violence through the power of education, and supports survivors and children who have experienced abuse or assault.
Ryan Moore was promoted to branch manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Abigail Adams participated in an alumni panel, Life After Lasell, at the School of Communication and the Arts (SoCA) Day. She has been a content producer at NESN since March 2019. Abigail previously worked at the Cohasset Mariner and had internships at the MetroWest Daily News and NBC Sports Boston.
Brianna Longo accepted a new position in February as a buying and merchandising assistant for Whim, a rapidly growing women's fashion company in Westchester County, New York.
Jeff Vautrin was named coach of the Lasell men's and women's volleyball teams. The three-time Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Star finished his career with 1,064 career kills and starred for the 2015 Laser team that won the GNAC championship and advanced to the NCAA tournament.

Gianna Accardi and her mother, Danielle (left), opened The Cabana South, a swimwear boutique in South Tampa, Florida, in October 2019. "This has always been a dream of mine," Gianna told the Tampa Bay Business Journal. "My goal is to fulfill the swimwear needs of Tampa women and ensure they feel welcome, accepted, and beautiful." She earlier worked at Steve Madden and Free People.
Jessie Bowens started a job as a fixture coordinator at Jo-Ann Stores' corporate headquarters in Hudson, Ohio.
Chelsea Demby (right) was crowned Miss Connecticut 2020 and will represent the state at the Miss USA pageant. She finished as second runner-up in the Miss Massachusetts pageant in 2018 and 2019. She moved to Connecticut last year to accept a job as event program coordinator at The Hometown Foundation, a nonprofit that supports local communities, making her eligible to participate in the Connecticut pageant.
Sarah Gelineau married Tim Doucette '14 (left) on September 14, 2019, in East Providence, Rhode Island. Most of the members of the wedding party were Lasell alumni. Sarah and Tim met through mutual friend Daniel after the opening night of Lasell's production of Urinetown in 2014. After a brief conversation, they didn't see each other for a year and a half before reconnecting. They exchanged phone numbers through a group chat and the rest is history!
Shannon Hart had an internship with Real Madrid TV in Spain. Unfortunately, it was cut short due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Chris Lemmon and Emily Novak are now engaged. They met at Lasell in 2015 while Chris was living in Pickard and Emily was residing in Keever.
Kara Mather joined the orthopedics department at Elite Sports Medicine at Connecticut Children's Medical Center as a certified athletic trainer. She recently received her master's degree in exercise and sports sciences with a concentration in human performance from Ithaca College.

Mike Balaban serves as the concession manager for the Asheville (N.C.) Tourists, a Colorado Rockies affiliate in the Class A South Atlantic League.
Ashley Cosgrove (right) began a service trip with AmeriCorps in February. She is based in Iowa and participated in her first project in Youngstown, Ohio, where she and her team boarded up more than 50 blighted houses in about ten days.
Mia Dougherty started a strength and conditioning internship at Harvard University.
Jasmine Lebron works at FUN Enterprises, an entertainment and event planning company based in Stoughton, Massachusetts.
Lauren Liscio accepted a new position as a medical examiner's assistant.
Megan Palumbo participated in an alumni panel, Life After Lasell, at the School of Communications and the Arts (SoCA) Day. She has been an account executive at Greenough since June 2019 and recently joined the alumni mentorship program in Lasell's Office of Development and Alumni Relations.
