Due to the impending snowstorm likely occurring during commute hours, Lasell University’s campus will be closed on Thursday, February 6, 2025.

For Students:

Please check your Lasell email and Canvas for any updates from your professors regarding potential syllabus adjustments, alternative assignments, or asynchronous activities. Additionally, Campus Police will provide updates on snow removal procedures for moving vehicles.

Campus Services & Operations for Thursday:

• Brennan Library will open at 10:00 a.m.
• Recreation facilities in Edwards, the Athletic Center, and McClelland will remain open during regular hours.
• Shuttle service will be suspended.
• The Mailroom and Gear Shop will be closed.
• Dining Services:
  
  • Valentine and Late Night will remain open during regular hours.
  • 1851 and Starbucks will be closed.
• The Counseling and Health Centers will be closed. Students needing assistance should call Campus Police at 617-243-2279 or seek emergency care at Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

Snow Removal & Campus Safety:

If you are on campus during the storm, please be mindful of ongoing snow removal operations to clear pathways, roads, parking lots, sidewalks, doorways, stairwells, and access ramps for those with mobility impairments. While our goal is to restore safe conditions as quickly as possible, winter weather can be unpredictable. Please exercise caution when traveling on campus.
