The Lasell University Police Department is located in Newton, Massachusetts, which was named the safest city in North America, and our department takes pride in doing its part to uphold this honor. Our most important goal is to ensure the safety and security of our entire community through crime prevention and community policing activities.

Throughout the year crime prevention and awareness information is sent to all members of the community to remind them about crime prevention tips and any unusual occurrences on campus. This includes awareness program, crime monitoring, and secure access to buildings.

Lasell University Police Officers have taken part in many trainings to help officers stay up-to-date in anti-bias and fair and impartial police training.

Shuttle and Escort Service
During the hours that the Shuttle Service is not operating, the Lasell Police Department are available to escort students.

Parking at Lasell is managed by Campus Police.
The parking office is open Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
