National Retail Federation (NRF) Student Association
The School of Fashion’s membership in the National Retail Federation Student Association (NRFSA) offers students professional development, networking opportunities, and more. As a member institute, you will have access to a significant number of meaningful opportunities, including our regular attendance at NRF's Big Show and Student Program held annually where students network with a vast array of executives and industry leaders.
Students can sign up for a MyNRF account to get exclusive access to retail industry research, educational events, networking opportunities and scholarship programs.
School of Fashion Starter Network
The Starter Network is a listing of current students, faculty, alumni, and industry professionals along with their contact information, who are available and eager to support you by mentoring and networking. The Starter Network is distributed to all School of Fashion students during their first semester at Lasell.
Trade Shows
The School of Fashion arranges for students to attend industry trade shows every year, such as Coterie, MAGIC Fashion Trade Show, and New England Apparel Club (NEAC) Show. Tradeshows are a great opportunity for students to experience and observe industry operations and network.
