Residential Life Staff
The Residential Life staff is committed to fostering an atmosphere in the halls and houses that makes sure you are safe, welcome, and supported in the Lasell community. We aim to promote student growth, promote personal and social responsibility, and be inclusive of Lasell's diverse student population.
The staff in the residence buildings consists of Area Coordinators (ACs) and Resident Assistants (RAs). Every resident student has an RA on their floor, wing, or house. Area Coordinators are professional staff members who live on campus in residential buildings. The ACs are responsible for supervising the RAs, and working with them to create a healthy, supportive, and educational environment in the residential communities.
