Lasell works to ensure that students are kept aware of emergencies on-campus. Below are some of the precautions we take in case of emergencies.
Lasell University website
Official news, information and instructions will be posted on the University web site.
Text Messages
Students are automatically signed up to receive campus-wide emergency text alerts sent to their cell phones. Parents may sign up for notifications here.
Email Notification
Official news, information and instructions may also be distributed by e-mail. Students should check their Lasell University e-mail on a regular basis to receive updates from the University.
Emergency Hotline
In the event of an emergency, call 617-243-2208 for the current status of campus conditions.
The Emergency web site
http://www.lasellemergency.org. This website is hosted from a location off-campus and will be used to communicate information in the event of an emergency/disaster.
Code Blue Lights
We have 27 Code Blue lights campus-wide, allowing students to push a button and call in an emergency from anywhere on-campus. They are directly connected to our on-campus police, who can respond in a timely manner.
