Technology Help Desk - Your Source for Expert Advice

When you have a question or need technical support you'll find friendly, expert advice at the Technology Help Desk. Operated by Students and Staff members, they are available at any hour to help you with Lasell systems, wireless, cable TV, gaming system, public printing, mobile devices, and your laptop.

Your password is your key to all Lasell Systems. The Technology Help Desk makes it easy for you to reset your password from any location at any time through the online Password Reset Tool.

Computer Recommendations

We recommend you purchase the computer you feel most comfortable using within your price range. We also suggest purchasing an extended warranty on laptop computers.
