Emergency Preparedness
Lasell University's Emergency Response Plan (ERP) provides advanced planning for emergencies that affect the overall operation of the University. Helping to carry out the ERP is our Crisis Management Team (CMT); through rapid response and communication, the CMT assists in protecting the health and safety of our students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Emergency Response Plan 
Lasell University is actively working to provide safety and security for all members of the Lasell community. The CMT, consisting of senior administrators, is ready to act as necessary and have been trained in emergency communication. If the Lasell University campus is under a state of emergency, the following precautions are set in place:

• An orange band will appear across the top of every webpage on www.lasell.edu to provide information for students, parents, faculty, staff, and other members of the University community.
• Announcements or updates regarding an emergency can be found on www.lasellemergency.org as well as by calling 617-243-2208.
• Lasell's emergency notification system gives information to the community via email, text message, social media or through other appropriate methods.

Campus Police
The Campus Police Department supports the Lasell community by implementing programs in emergency preparedness to build, sustain, and improve the capacity of the University to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergency disasters.
